Breakfast Crew is the name given to the student employees who prepare breakfast each day at Wyoming Catholic College's dining hall Frassati Hall. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 7 am to 8 am in the Frassati cafeteria and typically includes eggs, bacon, pastries, hashbrowns, toast, and if you're lucky: tater tots. Breakfast Crew employees work between the hours of 5 am through 8 am on one of two shifts, 5 am to 7 am and 6 am to 8 am. Shuttles are run down to Frassati Hall from the dorms at 5 am and 6 am to bring employees down.
From 2019-2020 had a staff of five and was headed by Camille Callaway. Cami ran Dolce Ice Cream Shop in Summer 2020, and moved to work atCrux Coffee, retiring from running Breakfast Crew. During the 2020-2021 School Year overall kitchen supervisor Bruce Liu took more direct control over all shifts in the kitchen, a change which also led to greater mixing of work-groups and work-hours in the kitchen more generally, with student employees in the kitchen working at a mix of different times and shifts throughout any given week as opposed to the prior division of only working at one set time each day, or for one day each week, etc.
