Dinner Crew is the name given to the student employees who serve and clean up after dinner each weekday at Wyoming Catholic College's dining hall Frassati Hall. Dinner is served there weekdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm and includes typically some protein line chicken or chicken, rice or potatoes, a salad bar, and some sort of side-item. Full time school employees led by Dining Services Director Bruce Liu usually prepare the main items served but student work-study employees serve, wash dishes, and clean-up afterwards. They work between the hours of 5 pm through 8 pm on one of two shifts, 5 pm to 7 pm or 6 pm to 8 pm (or until everything is finished)
Currently, dinner crew typically has had a staff of six (although with the two shifts not everyone is working at once. Also that number was increased in 2020...) and was headed by Bernadette Syversen and Jonathan Tabeling from 2019-2020. Bernadette became a prefect in 2020 and was replaced by freshman Catherine Sergeant for the 2020-2021 School Year.
