Everett was born in 1999 in Irkutsk, Russia, the son of world-reknowned researcher, engineer, and inventor Richard Polinski who was engaged in deep-core geological sounding and commodities research in Siberia. His family moved to Colorado when he was seven as Richard took a new job with the fast growing organization known as Exploritech and Everett growing up in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, was interested in rock music, cracking jokes, and finding adventures from a young age. Everett came to WCC in 2018 and instantly became twice his normal himself, launching the IrkutskIceTruckers.com news site in January 2019 and publishing his first book, the Evangelium Andreii in August, and, in October of that year, his second Compendium Andreii while beginning the news site Irkutsk Ice Truckers News. In May 2020 Everett founded the online WCC encyclopedia WCCLE and his third book, The Irkutsk Handbook was published in September 2020. and the online discussion forum Irkutsk Ice Forum.

Everett is reported to be dating WCC senior Sophia Donaldson and is often mistaken, especially by freshmen for senior Benjamin Bridge with whom he admittedly does share a striking resemblance.

Everett, along with Andrew Russell and Ruth Kress ranks as one of the top three most recognized students of the Class of 2022 and is also likely in the top three for the school as a whole at present. The junior also earned a place academically on the Dean's List in Fall 2019 and has been on "Hillary's List" at the school every semester he has attended.

While continuing to expand his Irkutsk Ice Truckers ventures, Everett, as with fellow junior Andrew Russell wants to become a stand-up comedian. A political and Catholic news site, inhisorder.com is Everett's next major web project and is expected to be fully operational sometime in early 2021.

Everett is often criticized for not taking school seriously enough as he himself often has admitted. To this effect Dr. Holmes "toasted" Everett at a February 2020 school dinner as "the student who forgets to turn in his assignments, who never shows up to class, and whose papers are forgettable". Further Dr. Holmes, who taught Everett with all members of the Class of 2022 in the spring of 2019 devoted his Theology 102 to be questions based on an imagined conversation between Everett and himself, with Everett portrayed as a know-nothing, or know-next-to-nothing prop character. Everett also admits to knowingly distracting Dr. Grove for seven classes in a row in Philosophy 201 in Fall 2019, activity which greatly reduced everyone's comprehension of De Anima according to several of his classmates.
